There is a way out of every emotional gridlock – when you are ready to take the first brave, deep step for yourself.
Ex.I.T. Program – The Way Out!
Extra Intensive Counseling | Focused Transformation Processes
There are life situations where slow, weekly one-hour talk therapy is no longer enough: the internal pressure is urgent, previous attempts to solve the problem have failed, and you feel that you need an immediate, profound turning point. I created the Ex.I.T. (Extra Intensive Counseling) program specifically for these critical moments.
The World of Wholeness: Happiness as a State vs. Emotion
Throughout our work, we do not chase the fleeting illusion of happiness as a passing, carefree emotion (joy, euphoria). Our goal is to achieve happiness as a state of being (deep emotional wholeness, stability, and contentment).
Think of a mother in labor: in the moments of childbirth, she does not feel carefree amusement, but immense physical pain. Yet, bringing her child into the world and experiencing this profound transition is pure happiness for her. A mature, fulfilled human being is not free from difficult feelings (fear, anger, grief, sorrow), but their baseline life remains solid, whole, and deeply content.

The essence of Ex.I.T. is that within a predefined, compact timeframe (3, 6, or 12 months), we work with dedicated, intensive, and experiential methods on the specific blockage that most hinders your daily fulfillment. You receive not superficial symptom relief, but a deep rewriting of subconscious automated responses, relationship scripts, and internal barriers.

Who is Ex.I.T. for and in which life situations?
I do not seek to "fix" you, because you are not broken: I support you in shedding the adopted patterns that no longer serve you.
The program offers a focused framework for breakthroughs in three primary life domains:
- Relationship crises & codependency:
- Rewriting repetitive, destructive relational scripts;
- Detaching from emotionally unavailable, narcissistic, or manipulative partners;
- Rediscovering yourself after infidelity, alienation, or painful breakup/divorce;
- Dissolving the crippling fear of loneliness and rebuilding healthy intimacy.
- Midlife transition & internal emptiness:
- When "everything is in place," yet daily life feels gray and devoid of deeper meaning;
- Loss of identity due to an empty nest, career shifts, or role transitions;
- Courageous adult redesign: what is truly your path, and what was merely external expectation?
- Career roadblocks, burnout & decision paralysis:
- Workplace burnout, chronic stress, and absence of boundary enforcement;
- Entrepreneurial or executive isolation and the weight of decision responsibility;
- Eliminating people-pleasing and the impostor syndrome.

How the 13-Session Ex.I.T. Process is Structured
The Ex.I.T. 13-session pathway integrates the 6 stages of Erik Erikson's developmental model, the 6 levels of authentic communication, reparative parental imago work, and the 4-step inhibition release technique.
Part I: Developmental Stages & Communication (Sessions 1–6)
- Basic Trust vs. Mistrust (Erikson 1) – Communication: Attention. Goal setting, establishing safe internal grounding.
- Autonomy vs. Shame and Doubt (Erikson 2) – Communication: Intention. Self-will, boundary assertion, releasing people-pleasing.
- Initiative vs. Guilt (Erikson 3) – Communication: Formulation. Curiosity and creative agency, dissolving guilt and anxiety.
- Industry vs. Inferiority (Erikson 4) – Communication: Articulation. Competence, ego-strength, overcoming impostor syndrome.
- Identity vs. Role Confusion (Erikson 5) – Communication: Feedback. "Who am I?" – authentic selfhood instead of masks.
- Intimacy vs. Isolation (Erikson 6) – Communication: Connection. Vulnerability, allowing closeness, overcoming avoidance (the geometry of relational anxieties →).
Part II: Parental Imagos, Inhibition Release & Future (Sessions 7–13)
- Maternal Imago I (Unconditional Acceptance): Reparative replenishment of early emotional deficits.
- Maternal Imago II (Separation & Autonomy): Resolving symbiotic dependency, consolidating inner mother imago.
- Paternal Imago I (Protection & Validation): Experiencing missing validation, anchoring self-confidence.
- Paternal Imago II (Boundaries & Authority): Healthy relationship to rules, solidifying mature boundaries.
- Inhibition Release I (Active Boundary Breaches): Overcoming harms, bullying, and traumatic memories with the 4-step model.
- Inhibition Release II (Passive Deficits): Resolving emotional neglect, emotional breakthrough.
- Future-Creating Integration: Anchoring the new adult life blueprint and baseline contentment.
What tangible results can you expect?
- Clarity: You understand your internal emotional drivers without placing blame on others.
- Solid Boundaries: You will be able to say "no" without guilt to what drains you, and "yes" to what builds you up.
- Emotional Freedom: You let go of chronic overthinking, shame, and the compulsion to prove yourself.
- Agency: Instead of passively drifting, you take full responsibility for steering your life.

Scope of Practice & Professional Responsibility
The Ex.I.T. program supports healthy individuals in self-awareness, decision-making, and life leadership. It does not constitute medical, psychiatric, or clinical psychotherapeutic treatment, and does not replace them. If clinical-level mental health issues arise (e.g., severe clinical depression, psychosis, acute substance dependency), I assist clients in connecting with appropriate medical professionals or clinical institutions.
